[Magdalen] Eliminating sugar?

Grace,

I follow a program that is no flour (of any type), no sugar and no alcohol.

The no sugar thing is not that hard.  Basically. If it comes in a package, I don't eat it.  

For a few condiments, like prepared salad dressing, the program permits sugar if listed as the fifth (or lower amount) ingredient.

It really isn't that hard now.   But I have been doing this for 13 years.  My former secretary reminds me that I was the witch from hell for the first 6 weeks 

100 lbs later.  I am still chubby, but much healthier, happier and within the normal size range

I do not miss the sugar.  Upon occasion, I miss a few savory foods.  Then I laugh and get over myself.
