Many flavoured yogurts (also the low fat ones) are filled with sugar. Plain, full fat yogurt is generally ok, and you can add whole fruits and berries or cucumber/mint (tzaziki). The first thing the dietician told my diabetes management class was to avoid flavoured, low fat yogurt!
