I have FEHB Kaiser Permanente which I like very much. Kaiser has never failed to provide whatever care was needed. I, too, opted for Medicare A only. Every now and then, I get a communication from Kaiser inviting me to join their Medicare Advantage program which would provide lower co-pays and more free services. However the amount it would be reduced does not add up to the additional Medicare B fees, so it makes no sense for me to do that.
