[Magdalen] Bishop, please resign

If a priest is deposed (what you might call "stripped of their orders")
that person cannot function as a priest. If that person is later reinstated
(as does sometimes happen) he/she is NOT re-ordained. His/her existing
orders are simply recognized and he/she is once again allowed to exercise
them.
