Sit.

Those who are self conscious about this lean forward on to the pew in front of 
them so it **looks** like they're kneeling.

I also know Celebrants who add special emphasis to "worthy to stand" in Prayer 
B. As another suggested in a sermon, "Why would you want to make a liar out of 
the Book of Common Prayer?
