Oxford is not renowned as a centre for hill-walking though there are 
some modest hills a bit further North.  I am sure he will do a fine job 
at Staggers (for the sake of non-Brits that is the colloquial term for 
St Stephen's House) and it is on a direct express bus route from where I 
am if you come to visit.
