I used the term I recalled his ex-wife, Ivana, using for him at the  time
of their divorce.  There was almost too much personal information  about The
Donald in the tabloids at that time, but that seems mostly to have  been
forgotten in the present frenzy.
 
"The Week" magazine had a two page centerfold comparing Trump's
and McCain's life year by year.  The Donald did not come out  smelling
like a rose in this comparison which emphasized McCain's painful
and dark prison in North Viet Nam to Trump's amassing the beginnings
of his multi-billion dollar fortune.
