I'm reminded of that political cartoon in one of the major newspapers
in at the time of the "Six Day War" in June, 1967 between Israel
and Eygypt, won resoundingly by Israel.  
 
In the cartoon, a larger than life Golda Meir looms menacingly over  two
Eygyptians who say something like, "Abandon all hope.  It's a  Jewish
mother!"
