I have an ex-sister-in-law who was born with a leg problem and
ended up needing (I think it is) a size seven for one foot and a
size ten for the other.  
 
This means she has had to buy TWO pairs of shoes every time
she needs a pair.  She has expensive tastes, so it's good she  has
