What a wonderful name for a baby!

Wasn't it Inspector Morse who refused to tell anyone his name
(Endeavor)? His parents had been Quakers and named their
children for virtues.

A friend who, in retirement, volunteers as a reading tutor in the
elementary schools of Boston/Brighton tells me that in twelve
years she's never had a student named William, Will, or Bill.
