And so the proof texting starts.  But if you’re going to take that route, scripture clearly gives the amount a man may sell his daughter into sexual slavery; it condemns anyone for wearing clothes made of mixed fibers; etc.  BTW, that part of Leviticus is about being and behavior in the temple.

Here’s another take.  In Romans, Paul condemns those men who engage in same sex relationships as doing so against their nature.  But what if their nature is to be attracted to other men?  Isn’t it more important to God that people live according to the way they’re made than abiding by strict taboos imposed by people who do not understand their attraction?
