Grey and chilly and occasionally wet (it was a terrible weekend) up here
off the northeast corner of Greater Toronto. We have had far more rain
than usual for June. :-( I managed to cut the grass, sort of, in
advance of tomorrow's Dominion Day celebration, the last at this house
after more than 20 years. The sun (hah ha) shelter is up and the long
table for food is out. Wouldn't surprise me if we all have to cram into
the house and sip single malt instead of being outside with cold
bevvies, but the forecast says the morning showers should yield to a sun
and cloud mix and warming temperatures. Oh, yeah??? Show me! I
actually have the heat pump on! It's June 30th, for Pete's sake!
Marion, a pilgrim ... today my sail I lift ....
