[Magdalen] PB / TEC

On a side-issue I think that relates to the reason behind the tensions
that have occurred within the Anglican Communion in recent decades.
Some have not wanted to attend to or take part in the discussions
starting 40 years ago and more. The Lambeth Conference managed to more
or less hold things together by saying it is up to individual Provinces
to decide if and when to ordain women. Some still wanted to hold on to
what they had inherited - in every last respect. That is seen in part
in TEC where some wish to keep using the superceded BCP and Hymnal. We
also have them over here. One local church still has Mattins most
Sundays as their main service.
