Tongue is wonderful. When my mom asked me what I would like as a treat
for dinner, six-yr-old me would always ask for tongue. In later life,
the Hungarian coffee shop behind our apartment building sometimes served
tongue with dumplings. Mmmmmm.

Well, I'd never actually seen the whole thing, so when I took it out of the tray and unfolded it, I nearly freaked out...it actually looked like a huge TONGUE!
