[Magdalen] More Clergy DWI

It seems to me that this problem is a defining sociological
characteristic of the Episcopal Church, more than other churches,
although others have problems, too, including a lot of RC priests who
are alcohol addicts. I have been reading a lot of opinion on various
blogs and websites, including efforts to have this come before the
national church at the next convention.
