[Magdalen] prayers for discernment

I've put in an offer on a small house in my own neighbourhood (literally around the block). It's basically equivalent to a very pretty two-bedroom apartment, but with full basement (with a third rather sketchy bedroom) and yard. The yard is a little too big and the house's exterior is unprepossessing. But it's cosy without being claustrophobic. And it will force me into downsized tidiness.

We shall see what the counteroffer proposes.
