[Magdalen] 2nd priest in SC returns to The Episcopal Church

Christopher, as I understand it, all Epicopal clergy who were canonically
resident in SC were given a chance to remain so.  This would include any
non-parochial priests.  Both priests who have returned were in parishes
when the split happened.
