She just graduated from Penn med school, just gave birth to her second
little girl (yep, both in the midst of coping with med school).>>>>

Back in the days when physicians had "internships" which was the year
after graduating from medical school, one of my fellow interns at the
Minneapolis (Hennepin County) General Hospital was a couple months
pregnant at the start of the internship. Times were different then, and
she
would not have been allowed to complete the internship had the authorities
known of her pregnancy.

She was a smart, tough gal, and it so happened that she was rotating
in the obstetrics department as her due date approached. On the
day her baby was born, she completed the delivery of yet another child,
and then simply loaded herself on a gurney to be rolled into the delivery
room and gave us her firstborn.

She had a couple of days off, and she was back at her medical duties.
