[Magdalen] trying to sell my house

I have no green thumb . . . my husband hated not having garden.  He did
eventually build a raised bed at the top of the drive, but it never really
got enough sun because of all the trees.  He did have a nice hosta garden
(where I put St. Francis, of the FB snowmelt fame).
