Please do read the Episcopal Cafe article (editorial) Lynn posted.  First -
it is only the Standing Committees who consent now; it will not come before
the Convention.  But the main point is the question of what he believes
about the right of a diocese to exit from the Episcopal Church
unilaterally, as South Carolina purported to do.
