When I was a kid, and this was the usual Sunday service, sermon & offering 
were right near the end. Probably just before the General Thanksgiving.

When doing MP2 as the only service of the day, where can you put offering?

Before, I have just had a plate out when people entered/left but that was
not usually the only service.
