Congratulations!

My brother and sister-in-law Tom and Nyla Bailey recently adopted Shane
Sims in the state of Wyoming.  Shane is 23 years old and had been a foster
son and then ward of theirs for years.  I always considered him my nephew
and now he is legally.  (Now he can get health insurance through Tom's
family plan also). :-)
