I just got a note with pictures showing my son-in-law's bison,
which he hunted/harvested this week in the foothills of the Rocky's
near where daughter and family live in Denver.
 
He will have the head mounted, and the rest is at the processor
for steaks, hamburger, beef jerky, etc.
 
Anyway, there will be bison on the table there for Thanksgiving.
