My mom had to trash the turkey one year when she discovered the electric oven was cooking at a much lower temperature than the dial indicated. Couldn't determine whether it would be safe to eat or not so she binned it and we went out for Chinese. :)

We're just back from Maggiano's...good dinner and wonderful service.
