[Magdalen] test gmail mailing list

I have an Imac which I updated to OSX El Capitan. When I did that, new
mailboxes were created in the Mail program for Gmail. Those mailboxes
filled up with messages. Since i saw no point in having these messages both
in Safari and in Mail, I deleted the mailboxes in Mail. Then I received no
mail from Magdalen at all anywhere for several days. Today I verified I was
still subscribed.

Just now, I went to Gmail Settings and removed a setting "Skip Inbox" in a
filter for Magdalen. This now left Magdalen messages at my Magdalen label
in Gmail. In the meanwhile, a mailbox I created in Mail labelled Magdalen
loaded up with151 messages and Mail also says it's downloading 33,391
messages but I don;t dare delete this mailbox because doing this started
all these issues in the first place.

I had a slight stroke September 10th and came back from the hospital and
intensive recovery last week with a weakened left arm and hand. My bill pay
program, obviously noticing i was no longer around, decided to stop paying
my level pay payments to both the Gas and Electric companies. Since I've
been a nice guy and gone to paperless billing, neither the bill pay program
nor either utility deigned to let me know I'd missed a payment. The gas
company let me off with no penalty, but the electric company decided to
ding me a dollar or so.

Now i'm afraid to change anything in this computer, especially since my
left hand doesn't type very well.
