Strictly speaking, she was sentenced to 20 years; however 13 years were
suspended. If after her release from prison in 7 years she violates the

thing. A parole could let her out in fairly short order, but that doesn’t affect
the length of the sentence or the suspension part of it.
The exception would be if the sentence included a clause restricting the
availability of parole.
Those who think this is to lenient might consider that there's a considerable
amount of white privilege at work when one pulls the car past the foot of the
driveway.
