[Magdalen] Mispronunciation (was Re: List sibs departed from this life)

 From the time of my first marriage in 1954 until my second one in 2004 
I was an Ohl. Always "Ohl, O-H-L".  When we moved to Virginia we 
discovered that those with the most southern accent could not pronounce 
it much less spell it.
