[Magdalen] We have an offer

Yesterday an offer was made on our house, we have countered.  Today someone
else looked at the house and seemed very interested.  He says he will be
visiting his bank on Tuesday.  Could we have a bidding war after 20 months
on the market?

We had friends very last night when our realtor called.  She laughed when
she heard the hooting and hollaring.  We are so excited.  Our lease here
was for a year and we had approached the owner for consideration for
another year.
