Jim, if this is happening late in the afternoon, early evening, perhaps this
behavior falls in the category of what I've learned is called 'sundowner'
behavior. (as the sun goes down/ evening time, the day has tired the mind).
The kind of conversation you mention falls into this category.
We don't realize what we are capable of enduring until it comes our way.
Continue to be gentle on yourself and may you feel buoyed by our hammock of
love and prayers.
