[Magdalen] In the jungle

My daughter cut a large black locust (trunk ~10" thick) down to use as fence 
posts for her garden, as it doesn't rot. The cut posts started sprouting new 
growth.

Just back from playing "whack-a-mole" with the Japanese knotweed. Machetes 
work real well on it.

The most annoying invasive plant in my yard is Black Locust. Horrible
wretched things.
