10 years ago people were mass marketing bowls and overhead light shades made 
out of vintage 'warmed/melted/molded' vinyl albums!

5 years ago 'the younger generation' started collecting them and playing 
them as if they'd discovered an archeological find from the iron age : )

this needle-less 'record player' is intriguing indeed... have not read 
article just glanced at photo... but I wonder if it ignores 'skips' and 
scratches??
