What is needed is somebody to draw attention to the graph of health 
outcomes against expenditure and the fact that the USA is an outlier 
from the scattergram.  The fact is that those in the USA do not get what 
they pay for in healthcare.  Which high-profile politician is willing to 
pass on getting Big Pharma donations to say that?
