Roger>I wonder how many of those pushing for "Christian values" would
welcome
what Jesus would say to this generation. The person sometimes referred
to as the Vicar of Christ is now in the USA and will address a joint
session of Congress. I have a feeling what he will say will be
unpopular with some of his audience.

Today's cartoon from The Naked Pastor shows Jesus walking alongside a friend
and saying to his friend:

"I started as a stumbling stone.
Then I became the cornerstone.
Now I'm just a stepping stone.

Rather spot on, I think.

When I stand before God at the end of my life I would hope that I have not a
single bit of talent left and could say, "I used everything You gave me."
