A federal judge frees "Happy Birthday" from all copyright restriction, Francis is going to canonise (first ever in the U.S.) Blessed "Fast Track" Serra, and of course (more power to them) our local Esselen tribe will be holding a silent protest at Serra's death and resting place (Carmel Basilica) to pray for the souls of the native Americans who are buried in the basilica's cemetary.
