I cannot imagine what you are going through, but my thoughts, good wishes
and prayers of sorts go with you.

In those many instances when I have no idea, I remember that comment of
Paul that when words fail, or I don't know what to pray for, or I simply
have no idea, the Spirit will pray for me.

Heal well and fast!
