[Magdalen] A small whine

I have a hole in my head.  This will come as no surprise to some.
When the swelling went down on my former tooth it left a pocket where
any solid food tries to compact itself.   Thursday I tried eating a
burger for lunch and it was so uncomfortable I draped my head over the
sink and used the sink sprayer to get it out.  I saw the surgeon
Friday and there is no harm done, I just need to stick to soft food
for a while and let it heal.  He thought the sprayer was pretty
enterprising but gave me a plastic syringe with a curved tip to use
instead.

Happily I made chicken stock a week or so ago and it is morphing into
chicken noodle soup right now.  I will continue mining the freezer for
last winter's soups and do a good clean out.
