With my leg and foot malady of the last year and continuing, CVS of Woonsocket, RI, thinks I'm the cat's meow.  Or pajamas.  Or something.  Because my frequent visits (several per week) yields me the usual (and obviously more often than in the past) $5 ExtraBucks rewards, either online which I put to my card or on my receipt.  I've gotten more than a few of the receipt versions of the $5 lately (all limited to pharmacy and first aid supplies, duh), but today the clerk, as she was rolling up the ubiquitous mile-long receipt, grinned and said "You have a coupon."  Yay, thinks I.  I get home and look at it, and ... it's $18, no restrictions!  I burst out in laughter and said "Boy! We're moving to Woonsocket! They love me! Maybe I'll run for mayor!"
