Fake email *from* you does NOT mean that your account has been hacked. 
It is really easy to send mail from someone else's mailbox, and you 
don't need to know their password or hack their account to do it.

I recommend carefully reading and understanding the page that Scott sent 
you and starting to worry only if the things on that list happen to you, 
which they haven't yet. Don't do anything and don't panic if the only 
symptom is fake mail that pretends to be from you.
