Ah, another childhood memory.  To this day, when I'm in the mood for caffeine and corn syrup, I get a 2-litre bottle of RC.  That taste, on ice, brings me back to the passenger seat of my parents' 1965 Buick Lesabre and the South Main Street A&W drive-in.  When I'm historically mindful while gassing up the car, I think wistfully of that A&W because the Rotten Robbie I use is on that very site.
