I am listening to this at the moment and I commend it to you.  At 30 
minutes it's not a quick listen   A couple of snippets, he welcomed 
everybody, and then stressed he meant all present.  I took that to to be 
directed particularly at TEC.  He also talks a lot about the need to 
remain in relationship and when there are differences of view to try to 
discern the way forward together.  He also pointed out that the Primates 
did not call for the suspension or expulsion of any Church, and that 
they did not have authority to require that.  He also spoke of the need 
to have a process of how to deal with cases of unilateral action so it 
could be used if any other Church decided to act unilaterally.

There was also another dig at Churches which are very hierarchical in 
their structures giving too much authority of clergy, and especially 
bishops, uver the laity.

The short message is that +++Justin is not about to call for TEC to be 
booted.
