1)  I do believe my cold "broke" this morning, with me feeling more or less slightly decent here at work right now.  Yay.

2)  As I enter this weekend, a significant emotional issue rests heavily on my heart.  In order to be a good dad (supposedly buying Everett a bike tomorrow) and a good head-of-house (tidying and cleaning), I need to be in at least modestly decent spirits.
