[Magdalen] President Obama in England

I've just been looking at the Obamas' first day of their latest trip to England.  In pictures: US President Barack Obama in the UK - BBC News It seems they have had typical British weather with the Queen wearing a rain-hat such as ladies wear (wore?) when they have just had their hair done and don't want the rain to spoil it.  They had flown to Windsor for lunch with the Queen.  I wonder whose helicopter it was.  If it was from the Royal Flight I wonder if it received the ID Marine One for the trip.

Dinner at Kensington Palace was clearly more informal - not a tie worn by either Prince (William and Harry) or the President.  The Princes also seem to be wearing jeans with their jackets and the President seems to be in slacks and jacket rather than a suit.  Do my eyes deceive me or has he also removed his lapel pin?
