Marcy seems to be declining faster than she has before.  In addition, she 
seems confused much of the time.  In fact today, I'm not sure she recognized 
me except for a couple of moments.  She's eating very little and she's 
stayed in bed the last three days I've visited.

I can't think it will be much longer.
