No, he's an idiot.

And by now, what with the polls and how many GOP defections have occurred (70 signatories just today wrote the RNC insisting it stop funding DT's campaign), it's now time to seriously agree that he's doing it all deliberately precisely because he knows he'll lose, and the more attention he has at all times, the more his "rigged" allegation will at least have some momentary traction before he gets forgotten in the mists of electoral failure.
