Pictures of whole body tattoos and even tatoos of the face, neck, and

I wonder what kind of mind set carries tattooing to such extremes?
 
We used to remove unwanted tattoos via dermabrasion.  Although  it
worked for the professionally installed tattoos, it didn't the  homemade
variety because they are often quite deep, and total removal results
