I fell in love with New York extra sharp cheddar when my parents lived
there. The white stuff. In blocks.

Also love cheese curds. When I was in college my freshman year near
Plymouth, WI, there was a small cheese factory about a half mile down the
road. We used to hike down there and get a pound of cheese curds
occasionally. OMG, yum!!!!!!
