[Magdalen] Say Cheese!

Velveeta melted into macaroni was pretty good, I thought, but then I 
also love Kraft Dinner.  As well as gorgonzola and Stilton and just 
about any cheese except goat.  These days havarti with jalapeno is high 
on my list to melt on stuff.
