It goes for a second reading at GS2019. Meanwhile, to speak in very

have No, and those bishops have great influence over their people and
are not likely to change their minds. In fact they marched out in anger
when the vote result became Yes. In the vote, to our great surprise, the
House of Bishops met the 2/3 majority without problem and the laity were
more than 3/4 in favour. It was the clergy who sat on the knife edge.
So I don't know. Wiser heads than mine will be wrestling with the
problem of division.
