[Magdalen] Prayer pats unhappy gut

Praying for fast relief for you, Sally!

Yes, over here they recommend a colonoscopy at 50 and then either
every 10 years or a shorter interval if family history and/or
colonoscopy results warrant. After my first one, they asked me to come
back in two years, and after that one, they said five. So I'm due for
my third in 2018. I'm a big fan of that particular preventive
screening, as it actually includes removal of some tissue that could
be pre-cancerous. Lowers your risk right then and there, and of course
if there's anything of concern, best to catch it as early as possible.

But on the headache/nausea front, again I hope you find blessed relief
immediately if not sooner!
