[Magdalen] Prayer pats unhappy gut

Now THAT would make sense Jay. I haven't been doing anything or going
anywhere unusual but now that I think of it I have had something like this
before, many years ago - I don't recall any specific treatment but it did
go away.

I do feel a bit better this evening, after a day's rest, with plenty of
fluids, paracetamol and antispasmodics.

Thanks everyone for the pats and encouragement re colonoscopy. I'm fairly
certain my medical aid will pay for it and may even reward me for doing it.
